Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to tickets purchased for Business of Class Actions 2027 (19 February 2027, Porto), organised by Business of Connections.

Refund policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event (i.e. until 20 January 2027)
If you cancel your ticket before 20 January 2027, you will receive a refund of the ticket price minus a 20% commission.

Cancellations made from 21 January 2027 to 9 February 2027
For cancellations requested between 21 January 2027 and 9 February 2027, we offer a partial refund. In this case, you will receive 50% of the ticket price.

Cancellations made from 10 February 2027
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made from 10 February 2027 onwards.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact the organizers by email at maria@businessofcompetition.eu.

Please include your ticket details, including the order number and the bank account details where the refund should be sent.
